As you arrive at the front door, you are welcomed through stunning iron gates and timber doors to the double stud-height foyer, which opens up to vaulted dining and lounge rooms that feature a grand open fireplace in the lounge and a closed fireplace in the formal dining.
You are then led into the kitchen, which is a delight for culinary lovers and includes a butler’s kitchen with a commercial-grade coffee machine. Underground you will find an impressive and extensive wine cellar. It also features a movie room to indulge in your favourite romantic movie or the latest sports action - giving you your own cinematic experience at home. The estate’s spacious bedrooms are divided over two stories plus a guest pavilion. There are five bedrooms in the main house with three rooms that have ensuite bathrooms and the guest pavilion is a one-bedroom suite. Adjacent to the Guest Pavilion is a fully equipped gym and yoga room with infrared heaters.
The grounds to the estate offer beautifully landscaped gardens, right above the fourteenth tee of the Ōmokoroa Golf Course, with sea views beyond.
Float into tranquility and get lost in the clouds with an afternoon soak in the spa pool or take a few laps in our 25 meter heated swimming pool. Or why don’t you battle it out in your own Ātaahua Estate Tennis Open or sink some hoops on the basketball court – a tournament to keep everyone entertained.
For those who love nature, take a tour or meander through the tropical gardens and discover the botanical variety. Placed throughout the gardens and villa are a selection of art and sculptures by both European and Māori New Zealand artists. The grounds are meticulously landscaped, incorporating thousands of plants – each planted as a labour of love and most planted as seedlings.

It was spacious, with a heated pool, gym, tennis court, and immaculate grounds that included an orange and lemon tree that our kids loved.
